Is there something you want, but you feel like money is getting in the way of having it? Maybe it’s something you’ve wanted for a short time or maybe it’s something you’ve been talking about for a long time. It could be a thing to purchase or maybe it’s a lifestyle to live.

I don’t know your financial situation. What I do know, however, is that whatever it is you want, you may have gotten so used to saying “I can’t have it” that it rings true for you. Like it’s 100% true that you will never have what you want because of a lack of money. The more you say “I’ll never be able to afford it,” the more it becomes true for you.

If you want a change in your job, to work fewer hours, to start a business, to take more vacations, to do a home renovation, etc., it’s going to take a shift in your language and the way you talk about money.

The first step is to determine what you really want. The second step is to share what you want with others. The third step is to shift your language from “I can’t” or “I won’t be able to” to “I can” or “I will” or “I’m working on it.”

In addition to observing and shifting the language you use about money, consider what else may be in the way of getting what you want.

Do you allow disorganized finances to get in the way of pursuing your goals? Are you managing your finances as powerfully as you could be? I challenge you to look carefully at your income & expenses and to bring more awareness to how you are earning money and how you are spending it.

When you feel confident and in control of your finances, as opposed to confused or overwhelmed, you will be more willing to go after what you really want.

If you’re interested in receiving support to create a pathway to get what you really want, let’s talk.
